Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Dalisay Soul offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to clients across the South Bay Area, a therapeutic approach that pairs the neuroplastic effects of ketamine with the depth of guided psychotherapy.
During a ketamine session, many clients describe a sense of stepping outside themselves, observing their thoughts, emotions, and life circumstances from a distance. Ketmine invites the mind into a more open, receptive state, one where old patterns can loosen and new insights can surface, making it easier to approach long-standing struggles with new and deeper clarity. Many clients experience:
Expansive perspectives, insight, and understanding
Renewed motivation to explore, participate, and engage in activities and relationships
Transition from intellectualizing experiences and toward deeper connection with yourself

OCD and Intrusive Thoughts
Suicidal Ideation

Spiritual Growth & Deeper Self-Connection
As with any treatment, individual response varies, and a consultation can help determine whether KAP is right for you.
Ketamine is legally prescribed off-label to treat a range of mental health conditions. First approved by the FDA as an anesthetic in 1970, it has since been studied extensively, with more than two decades of research pointing to its potential benefits for mood and emotional well-being.
Unlike traditional antidepressants, which can take weeks to have an effect, ketamine works rapidly, often easing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma within hours to days. When administered thoughtfully, in the right dose, in a monitored setting, and paired with therapeutic support, the neuroplastic effects of ketamine transforms brain activity in ways that create space for new perspectives and emotional breakthroughs.
