Hi, I'm Dom.
Welcome. I’m the founder of Dalisay Soul. Dalisay is a Tagalog word meaning pure, honest, and sincere, and reflects what I offer: a therapy space for your authentic self. It represents the parts of ourselves beneath survival, beneath expectations, beneath who we learned we had to become.
Dalisay Soul emerged through my own journey of healing, clinical training, and self-discovery. There was a time when I felt disconnected from myself, trapped between who I was and who I knew I could become. I experienced how patterns can protect us while also keeping us small. So I began walking toward the people, places, practices, and perspectives that helped me be more me. Along the way, I discovered what hurt also revealed what mattered. My pain unlocked my power. My worries unlocked my wonder. My wonder unlocked my purpose. And Dalisay Soul was born.
Dalisay Soul is a labor of love for those who care deeply or carry too much. For those who’ve experienced the ugly side of humanity, and for those who are seeking better for humanity. For those longing to feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, their bodies, their communities, or something greater. My hope is to create a supportive space for you to explore your dreams and nurture your inner peace. Ultimately, I believe the more good you feel within, the more good spreads throughout the world.
Outside of being a therapist, I’m a regular gal. I'm a second-generation eldest daughter to Filipino immigrant parents, dog mom, creative, sound healer, empath, and Virgo that enjoys writing poetry, painting, singing karaoke, reading, walking barefoot in the grass, smelling flowers and incense, going to the beach, laughing with loved ones, and searching for small moments that feel like magic.
Thank you for being here. I hope you find something here that feels like home.
